About

About Olive Tree Consultants

Olive Tree Consultants was founded on a simple belief: that stronger communication and better teaching make organizations and communities better. The olive tree takes root in difficult soil, weathers adversity, and grows stronger over time — and that is exactly the kind of development we set out to provide. Whether we are working with a leadership team, a faculty member, or an institution navigating rapid change, our goal is always development that lasts. Our roots are in Fort Wayne and the surrounding region, and so is our commitment.
